Why is fluid replacement important?


While in the summer due to the hot weather, fluid replacement is more important, in the cold weather we tend to forget about it, even though it is important to take the right amount of fluid.

It's best if it's in the form of water, not sugary sodas or worse, caffeinated drinks.

The body quickly loses its water reserves, so it is important to constantly replace the liquid, preferably 2-3 liters a day.

Among other things, water plays a role in:

- in the regulation of blood pressure and body temperature

- in the secretion of toxins

- in maintaining acid-base balance.


Adequate hydration contributes to the optimal functioning of our organs, thereby influencing

physical and mental performance and functioning of the immune system.

Adequate fluid consumption is therefore extremely important!
