Tip 4. - Use spices instead of salt!


Although small amounts of salt are essential for the proper functioning of our body, large amounts can contribute to the development of high blood pressure and cardiovascular diseases.


According to surveys, people consume many times the required daily salt intake.

Yet we can often make much tastier food by taking it back from the salt and using some spices instead.

Otherwise, spices (especially the stronger ones) help or speed up digestion, the body burns more calories, making it easier to lose weight if that is our goal.
