Spring Clean-up

Updated: May 20, 2022

Imagine a factory that works around the clock.

The machines never stop because processing and production are continuous. A lot of the work, the influx of materials to be processed needs to be passed on to the next department. There is no stopping because more and more cargo arrives at the building in the receiving part of the factory. All workers carry out the disassembly and sorting work. There is no time to clean up the trash, so it just collects and accumulates in the factory. The machines would need maintenance from time to time, but this is not possible because production has to go as more and more raw materials arrive. Machines are becoming more and more worn out, so they are getting worse and worse.

Then comes the day when one of the machines stops. If this is the central unit that supplies power to the factory, then the whole factory stops and no more work.

Our body needs not only rest, but also regular maintenance and cleaning. Spring is a great time for that. Between winter family holidays and summer garden parties, give your body some time to relax and regenerate.

Easter is coming soon. Religious people tend to fast at such times. The factory is working, but you finally have the opportunity to make repairs that you can’t do with continuous, big meals, food marathons.

One of the unpleasant consequences of our hectic lifestyle is that we consume a lot of things that impair our body’s functioning. We bury it with fast food, artificial ingredients and an incredible amount of sugar and carbohydrates. To this is added the environmental load, the dirty air, the chemicals, the chemicals that are in our food today and we are amazed that we will not recover from a cold in three weeks, we have to change the wardrobe again - to a larger size - we are allergic from January to December, it hurts here and hurts there or the central unit just stops unexpectedly ...

Everyone owns their own factory. We regulate the quantity and quality of incoming products. Let’s say it’s time to stop and start cleaning in the spring! It is up to us to decide how long and how the plant will operate!
