Why is hydrating essential?

As a child, it was often the case that the water pressure in the plumbing system was low. This usually happened in the summer when everyone watered their garden. There was not enough water in the pipes. It took longer to fill the glass, not to mention the bathtub!

Fluid leaves our body during exhalation, sweating and excretion. This loss must be made up. About 60% of our body is made up of water, and it is essential for its functioning to be available in adequate quantities.

If we do not drink at least 2-2.5 liters of water (possibly herbal or fruit tea) a day, it will essentially prevent it from working.

Let's stop for a moment and think about the following questions.

Can a thicker or thinner liquid pass more easily in the same thin line?

Is more sediment deposited at the bottom of a slow or fast flowing river?

Which heating system, which boiler gives up the fight sooner: where the piping is narrow or which is maintained?

Our blood transports nutrients to our cells as well as the toxin to the site of excretion. If the blood is thin enough to perform this logistics task ...

And last but not least, think of dried fruits! The essence of drying is to remove the liquid from the flesh of the fruit by drying. The firmness of our skin depends a lot on the amount of water we get into our body!

Drink 2 dl of water every hour between 7 am and 7 pm!
