Laugh a lot because it's good for your health!

There are many ways to relieve stress:

  • Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to reduce stress. You should walk or jog. These repetitive movements relieve stress.

  • You should drink green or lemongrass tea. It contains antioxidants. Omega-3 supplementation can reduce anxiety symptoms by 20%. These food supplements are useful for health.

  • It's a good idea to use essential oils or burn a scented candle. The use of scents to treat mood is called aromatherapy. This can reduce anxiety and improve sleep.

  • You should reduce your caffeine intake. Caffeine is a stimulant found in coffee, tea, chocolate and energy drinks. High doses may increase anxiety.

  • You should try to keep in touch with your friends and family. Social support is essential during stressful times.

  • "A day that goes by without laughter is time wasted." Charlie Chaplin. You need to find humor in everyday life to make yourself feel better.

  • Undertake as much as you can handle. This is the best thing.

  • You should write a to-do list day by day. This will help you avoid the stress of procrastination. Fixing the order of importance is best.

  • Practicing mindfulness is essential. This can increase self-respect, which reduces symptoms of anxiety.

  • You should spend 15 minutes writing in a diary three times a week. This allows you to clear your mind and release negative thoughts and feelings.

  • And yet another relaxing, enjoyable way without the need for completeness! A pet can also help relieve stress. The little favorite gives you a goal, keeps you active and provides company.

  • You need to take your mind off the source of the stress somehow.
