Instead of an escalator and elevator, always try to go up on foot!

It may seem like very clear advice at first, but it really matters a lot if you walk 4-5 times a day.

I do the same!

Especially for those who have less time for regular exercises and trainings.

Take this little step and believe me, your body will be very grateful in a few weeks!
