No matter what our true happiness is, we can add a few extra tricks into our lives that make
us feel a little better in our daily lives and don’t take more than a few minutes. Read the tips and
smuggle a little more plus into your life, believe me: you won’t regret it!
1. Smile!
No, that doesn’t mean you have to keep a false smile all the time, it’s not at all about hiding our
emotions and just smiling even when we’re suffering from something. Rather, the next time you feel
bad, just smile and watch what happens. Maybe start the mornings with a smile in front of the
mirror. You see, someone is already smiling at you - You yourself, isn't it much better to start the day
like this ?!
2. Be a good friend of yourself!
When was the last time you said something nice to yourself? Watch how you talk to yourself!
Sometimes we can be very kind to others, but very tough and critical of ourselves. When you’re in a bad mood and want to get a little happiness for yourself, simply stand in front of the mirror and say motivating and praiseworthy words to yourself! Observe how you usually talk to yourself and practice it if it is necessary. Believe me, you will be happier if you praise yourself.
3. Confirmation sentences, mantras
In the morning, I often start the day by saying short affirmative phrases, even those sentences can be uttered for audio recording. I repeat each sentence 3 times, e.g., This is a wonderful morning.
Repeating multiple times makes it even easier to believe. Or: I’m definitely pushing my boundaries
and not letting them cross them. Or: I am a confident, determined WOMAN.
Give it a try and see how these good little reinforcements affect you.
4. Be kind to others!
Sadness is a normal human reaction in many cases. If you find yourself feeling a little bad, it’s going to be a great thing to do something nice with another person. When you gain happiness for a partner, it actually activates your nerves responsible for happiness in your own brain as well. Doing something for someone else distracts you from our own thoughts.
5. Learn something new!
Everyone has topics in their life that they want to know more about. However, it is important to
remember not to learn about what you need, but about what you really want that interests you!
+1. Love yourself!
The most important element of happiness is to love who you are!
Finally, here is the idea of Montesquieu:
“No one is unhappy when they feel good in a given situation, and when we say someone is in an
unfortunate situation, we only judge ourselves. That is, we would be unhappy in his situation. ”
